Are your products authentic?
Yes. We stock genuine Mexican and Latin American brands and imported goods, plus select small-batch producers.
How are fragile and perishable items packed?
Glass jars, tortillas, and other delicate items are wrapped and boxed with extra protection so they arrive in great shape.
Can I return an item?
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days. See our Return Policy page for full details.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
